Danya Brooks

Teacher

Danya Brooks brings creativity and warmth to her role as a lead teacher. With a background in child development and education, she focuses on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to each child’s unique interests and abilities.

Lucia Rivera

Teacher

Ms. Lucia Rivera  is a dedicated and passionate educator from Venezuela with nine y ears of experience in child care. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Education and a Master’s in Teaching and Reading Literacy, Ms. Lucia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community.  What’s more, she has a genuine love for watching children grow, explore and learn.

Karlissa Clark 

Program Specialist/HR Representative 

With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have taught children from infancy through school age and began my career in Pre-K. I hold a CDA in Preschool, an Associate Degree in the Art of Teaching, an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, and a Diploma in Medical Assisting.For 13 years, I have been dedicated to creating strong, joyful learning foundations. As Program Specialist, I am committed to supporting curriculum excellence and fostering a positive, nurturing environment for all children.

LaShonda Anderson

Preschool Teacher 

My name is LaShonda Anderson, and I am excited to introduce myself as your child’s Preschool Teacher.  It is truly a privilege to be part of your child’s early learning journey, and I look forward to working closely with your family.I have been working in early childhood education for over 28 years and hold an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Texas College, along with my Director Credential from the Childcare Education Institute. My passion has always been helping young learners grow in confidence, curiosity, independence, and kindness, while developing a genuine love for learning.I believe preschool should be a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, expressing themselves, and forming meaningful friendships. This year, our classroom will focus on strengthening social-emotional development, encouraging creativity through hands-on experiences, and building strong foundations in early literacy, math, and science through play-based learning.I also believe that strong communication between teachers and families is essential. We are partners in your child’s growth and development, and I truly value your involvement, insights, and support throughout the year.I look forward to getting to know you and your child and creating a joyful and enriching learning experience together.
