Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Education and a Master’s in Teaching and Reading Literacy, Ms. Lucia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community. What’s more, she has a genuine love for watching children grow, explore and learn.

With over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have taught children from infancy through school age and began my career in Pre-K. I hold a CDA in Preschool, an Associate Degree in the Art of Teaching, an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education, and a Diploma in Medical Assisting.For 13 years, I have been dedicated to creating strong, joyful learning foundations. As Program Specialist, I am committed to supporting curriculum excellence and fostering a positive, nurturing environment for all children.

My passion has always been helping young learners grow in confidence, curiosity, independence, and kindness, while developing a genuine love for learning.I believe preschool should be a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring, expressing themselves, and forming meaningful friendships. This year, our classroom will focus on strengthening social-emotional development, encouraging creativity through hands-on experiences, and building strong foundations in early literacy, math, and science through play-based learning.I also believe that strong communication between teachers and families is essential.
